Skin So Soft from Taylor is part of Up Top Solutions LTD.

Up Top Solutions LTD is not an official AVON company, but we are registered as a consultant under the official company AVON Germany (www.avon.de).

Thus, we are allowed to sell AVON products.

Don’t worry, in winter the temperatures in the PostNL delivery van can get very low. As a result, the contents of your Skin So Soft vial may freeze and turn into a solid substance.

Fortunately, this is easily solved by wrapping the vial in a towel and placing it on the heater.

The contents will thaw again and your Skin So Soft is back to normal!

We deliver our products with PostNL from the Netherlands. In France, PostNL may transfer the package to a local delivery service.

At Skin So Soft from Taylor, you can return an item within 14 days of your purchase. It is important that the products you are returning are complete, unused and in their original packaging.

You can return your products by postal. The postage for shipping a return order is at your own expense.

In any case, please contact our customer service for the return procedure.

If the product is damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Always take a picture of the damaged or incomplete product immediately.

In consultation with you, customer service will arrange for a new, undamaged and complete product to be sent to your home free of charge.

If you want your money back, this is also possible. We will cover the cost of returning the (damaged) product.

The amount of your shipping costs to France are €13.30.

The shipping costs are so high because the products must come from the Netherlands and are sent insured.

We currently support credit card payments for our French customers.

If you have paid, you will receive a payment confirmation.

Always check your spam folder, the mail may have ended up there.

Check whether the amount has been deducted from your account. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.

Delivery time varies with each order. If the products are in stock we can ship them within 1 or 2 business days. It then depends on the logistics parties how long the package is then with you. You will always get a track and trace to follow your package.

If we do not have products in stock, they will first have to be ordered from Avon in Germany and the shipping time is between 4 and 8 working days. We do not deliver on weekends.

We try to replenish the stock based on the orders placed.

Post NL’s Track and Trace service makes it easy for you to track your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to track your order via PostNL.
